Did you know according to a recent Gallup Poll that 70% of Americans said they HATE or are disengaged in their jobs. Those numbers blew me away, I figured the number would be high but 70%? You have got to be kidding me.  We spend so much time at work and yet so many of us despise it. That really isn't any way to live when we can live a fuller happier life living our purpose.

We have all experienced it before, saying I love you to someone and we don't hear it back. Nothing hangs in the air with such stillness as those words I love you passing through our lips and hanging in the air like the stale smoke of an extinguished fire. I am not only speaking about the I love you we might say to a partner, but an I love you we may say to a parent or friend too. For some of you that one time can be enough to fear saying it again. For others it may be just the leap you need to get past the fear of silence and try again. Which one are you? How comfortable are you saying I love you to the people in your life that matter?

Virtually no  great achievements occur without enthusiasm, frankly speaking to excel in life on a higher level you must possess it. Think about this, do you think a salesperson can close a big deal,  an can actor give a performance of a lifetime, an athlete endure, through a sore body and run down the field to score a winning touchdown, a parent come home, after a long week and delightfully pick up their child, fly them through the air making buzzing airplane sounds as they dip and weave through the house WITHOUT enthusiasm? NOPE, it's not going to happen.

Enthusiasm is like life juice, it is a creative force that enables us as human beings to deliver excellence even when we are facing great obstacles. Enthusiasm lights a path wherever it has been and sets things ablaze, if you happen to be in its path, you know how infectious it can be and how it can almost instantaneously change your outlook or disposition.
